Description

FS RT-qPCR Master Mix (Lyophilized beads) is a RT-qPCR reagent specifically designed for RNA, suitable for single or multiplex quantitative PCR detection using RNA as a template. This product uses UDG-dUTP for contamination prevention, effectively reducing the risk of aerosol contamination from amplification products. It is compatible with fast protocols, which can shorten detection time.

This product contains reaction buffer, RT-Enzymes Mix, lyophilization protector components. The reaction buffer contains Mg²⁺, dNTP and other components necessary for amplification. The product is lyophilized in pellet form, and only primers, probe and templates need to be added for use.
