Description

EZ virus in vivo kit is a nano polymer virus infection enhancement reagent developed and synthesized by our company. This reagent is synthesized using nanotechnology and enriches and protects virus particles through physical contact with them, assisting in their entry into cells, to achieve the goal of enhancing virus infection.

Features

1. Can be used for animal infection enhancement of adenoviruses, adeno-associated viruses, lentiviruses, and retroviruses.
2. On the basis of commonly using virus to infect animals, it can be pre mixed with enhancing reagents to achieve the goal of enhancing the ability of virus infection.
3. No obvious inflammatory response to animals, no involvement in physiological activities, and no impact on research.
4. Easy to operate.

Note

1. Virus dosage and requirements. Follow the usual dose of the virus and try to increase the titer as much as possible.
2. The dosage of EZ virus in vivo kit. When injecting into the tail vein, EZ virus in vivo kit is used at a rate of 25μl per 20g body weight. Table 1 shows the composition of each component when the tail vein injection volume is 100μl. When local injection, the total injection dose can be determined first, and then according to the ratio in Table 1, 1/4 of the total injection dose is the amount of enhancer reagent used, while the rest is the amount of virus and PBS used.
3. If the viral titer is low, PBS dilution can be used sparingly or not.
