Description

The HF PCR mix contains a modified high-fidelity hot-start enzyme, dNTPs, unique extension factors, specific facilitation factors, and a high-performance buffer system. It offers superior amplification capability and specificity, while also being compatible with amplification of partially crude genomic DNA. The polymerase in the HF PCR mix is a highly modified ultra-fidelity DNA polymerase selected through high-throughput screening, with approximately 240 times the fidelity of conventional Taq DNA polymerase. This product includes monoclonal antibodies, enabling highly specific hot-start PCR. The 2× Master Mix requires only the addition of primers and templates for PCR amplification, simplifying the complex pipetting process and improving detection throughput, reproducibility, and stability of results.

This kit is suitable for PCR amplification with high fidelity requirements. The amplified PCR products do not have an “A” base at the 3′ end, allowing direct cloning into blunt-ended vectors.
