Protocol

Take out the protein extraction reagent required for the experiment and pre cool it. Add Protein Inhibitor Cocktail in a 1:99 ratio(For example, adding 10μl Protein Inhibitor Cocktail to 990μl extraction reagent),make it 1 in the extraction reagent × Working fluid
