Description

HotStar TaqMan probe Mixture (With ROX) is a convenient premixed 2x concentrated solution applied to probe-based real-time PCR. Which include the HotStar DNA Polymerase, PCR Buffer, MgCl₂ , dNTPs, ROX and the stabilizing agent. It can be applied to various probes and target sequence detection of genomic DNA and cDNA such as gene expression analysis, gene copy number analysis and SNP genotyping etc. The HotStar Taq DNA polymerase do not activity under 40°C avoid the non-specific amplification caused by primer dimer or the non-specific combination of primer and template at room temperature. The combination of unique PCR buffer and hot start enzyme can effectively inhibit non-specific product and significantly improve the amplification efficiency, and can detect the single copy template. The kit is applied to a wide linear range and can exactly quantitate the target gene. The ROX is a dye molecule that can be used to normalize the well-to-well fluorescent fluctuations and can be applied to all the qPCR instruments using ROX as calibration dye.
