The PCR purification and gel recovery columns can purify DNA fragment size of 100 bp-10 kb, and the recovery can be up to 80%. The columns are capable of quickly purifying DNA from TAE or TBE agarose gel or purifying DNA fragments from PCR or other enzymatic reactions.

The columns is made of the high quality high purity Silica Membrane, Also the material are all the 100% new medical grade PP, not the recovery material plastic. which make sure the long column self life and high yield high purity of DNA.
